This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Federal employees in Hawaii are currently entitled to receive a 10.28% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This is subject to change.
